Wildlife Photography Competition and Awards at the Global Wildlife Fair in New Delhi

A picture is worth a thousand words! And where else to celebrate it than at the Photography Competition at the Global Wildlife Fair? One of the biggest travel and tourism fairs in India. The competition invites photographers from across the world to capture the beauty, character, and complexity of wildlife through their lenses. It is rooted in the belief that a photograph does more than document a moment—it tells a story about species, behaviour, habitats, and the urgent need to protect wildlife in today’s rapidly changing landscapes.

As an integral part of the Global Wildlife Fair, the competition is divided into three categories:

  • Faces of the Wild
  • Wild Instincts
  • Human and Nature

Each category encourages photographers to explore myriad domains of the natural world and present images that are expressive, thought-provoking, and deeply connected to wildlife and nature-based travel. At the Global Wildlife Fair, we believe every frame is a work of art—whether it captures an intimate moment with a species or a memorable moment where people and nature come together, encouraging awareness and care.

The most stirring and striking images will be recognised and awarded. Winning photographers will receive certificates, and their work will be showcased at the fair and featured in future Global Wildlife Fair promotions. The idea is not merely to appreciate the technical expertise and the artistic skills, but also to bring to the forefront stories that bridge the gap between the photographers and the audience that is interested in wildlife tourism and nature-based travel

The competition is now live. Entries close on 30 April,2026. Submit your photographs for a chance to win exciting prizes and gain global recognition for the stories your images tell and the beauty and meaning your lens brings to life.
